    Can I keep my current phone number?
    Yes, AccessLine allows you to transfer or "port" your existing phone numbers. This applies to toll-free numbers as well.
    Do you have separate voicemails for each extension?
    Yes, each phone comes with its own voicemail box. The voicemail box can be accessed through the phone, by calling in from any phone.
    Does your phone system have rollover or does it default to voicemail if the line is not answered?
    Each phone can handle up to four calls in package one and two and 8 calls in package 3. This means that if you are on a call and another call comes in, you will be alerted via a call waiting tone and your phone will display that another call is coming in. You may place the first caller on hold and take the second call.
    Does your system provide remote access to voicemail?
    Yes, you may call your own phone from anywhere, allow it to forward to voicemail then enter your PIN.

  • How can you offer such savings?
    Since AccessLine bundles the phone system with the phone service, we allow you to take advantage of our bundled savings. And since you are using your existing data connection for your phone lines you don't have the expense of bringing in separate phone lines.
    Do I have to sign a long contract?
    AccessLine does not believe in one, two or three year contracts. The service contract length for AccessLine is month to month. We believe that we need to earn your business every day, week, month and year.
    Can I buy just phones without the phone lines?
    No, the packages are a bundle of phone system and service.
    Can I buy just phone lines without the phones?

    What is the cost of installation of your product?
    Installation will be coordinated by your dealer. The price will vary depending on how many phones you purchase.

  • How long does it take to transfer or "port" an existing number to AccessLine?
    Transferring an existing number to AccessLine can take up to 3 weeks. Much of this depends on how quickly you submit your number transfer paperwork and the accuracy of the information you provide.
    Who installs the phone system?
    The phone system is installed by your dealer who will ensure the phone system is setup properly, tested and that everything is working properly.
    How long does it take to set up the phone system?
    The phone system will be installed in a day (typically 1-4 hours), however, the amount of time will depend on the number of phones.
