AccessLine Account Selection
Currently AccessLine Services are only available in the U.S. Please note, subject to successful evaluation Sun anticipates rolling out service at additional locations, in future. Please check back to see if this service is available for you at that time.
AccessLine SmartNumber Service will provide you with a new 5 digit extension, and a new DID (10 digit) number. These will replace your existing Sun numbers.
The cost for AccessLine services will be directly charged back to your department via eTAB. Sun rates for these services are published on Sun's internal on-line request form.
AccessLine enables you to:
- Route your incoming calls to any phone with sophisticated yet easy to use call screening and routing features that can be managed either via a dial pad phone or a desktop computer via the web.
- Have one unified message center for all of your voicemails and faxes.
- Set up conference calls via the Web or phone.
- Save your voicemails and FAX to your hard drive and/or be able to forward them using email.
