Important Announcement About your Voicemail Messages and Faxes
It is AccessLine's policy to allow our customers to save voicemail messages and faxes within their account for 60 days before they are automatically deleted. However, as a courtesy to our customers, this policy has not been consistently enforced for the last few years.

As a result of changes to improve the overall performance and efficiency of our network, starting on July 9, 2007 and running through July 30, 2007, AccessLine will begin enforcing the 60-day voicemail and fax storage policy. Depending on where you live (or have AccessLine service), the date on which your voicemail messages and faxes older than 60 days will be removed will vary as shown:

Mid-west - July 9th
Southwest/ Toll Free - July 16th
East Coast- July 23rd
Northwest - July 30th

If you have voicemail messages or faxes over 60 days old you wish to keep, you may download and save them to your computer by logging into your web account and clicking the download button associated with that voicemail message or fax. Additionally, we will be increasing the number of faxes you may receive and store from 64 to 256.

If you have any questions please contact AccessLine Customer Service at 1-877-5-FOR-SUN (877-536-7786).
