Getting Started with AccessLine?
Do I have to change my number in order to use the AccessLine service?
Yes, AccessLine will provide you with a new 10 digit DID number as well as a new 5 digit extension.



How do I activate my AccessLine number?
You will receive an e-mail from welcome@AccessLine.com with your new AccessLine number, new 5 digit extension, and temporary pin. The e-mail will direct you to a web page that will step you through the activation process as well as a brief tutorial. Set-up takes about 10 minutes to complete.



How do I let my contacts know about my new AccessLine number?
Once you activate your AccessLine you will want to record an announcement on your audix voicemail directing callers to your new AccessLine 5 digit extension and phone number.



Will netadmin be updated with my new contact information?
Yes, netadmin will be updated with your new AccessLine number and new 5 digit extension. This can take up to 48 hours to update once you have activated your account.



Will my Audix Voicemail be going away?
Yes, your audix voicemail will be removed as it will be replaced with your new AccessLine voicemail. This will take place 30 days after you have activated your AccessLine account.



How will AccessLine notify me that I have a new voicemail or fax?
AccessLine can send you notification to your email address or to your cellular phone or pager. You can choose how you will be notified when filling out the enrollment form.



Can I still send all my calls to voicemail using AccessLine?
Yes, simply direct your calls to extension 70 (Voicemail) when you don't want to be interrupted.



Can I call 5 digit extensions from my AccessLine account?
Your AccessLine is also your calling card. Simply dial your AccessLine number and enter your pin, once in the Main Directory, press 9 for dial tone. You may then dial any number inclucing any 5 digit number at Sun. Once you've completed your call touch ## and you will be back in the Main Directory and can continue to make additional calls.



How do I access my account via the web?
Go to https://www.accessline.com/sun

NOTE: This is the only website you should be using to access your account. Enter your 10-digit AccessLine and pin number.



Who do I call for on-going support?
From the Phone:
You can contact AccessLine's customer service by touching 00 from the Main Directory of your AccessLine account or you can also call AccessLine directly at (877-5-FOR SUN 877-536-7786) option 2.
From the Web:
You can ask a question or report a problem on the web through your AccessLine account. Click on the button marked Customer service on the left side of the screen while in your account, and you will be instructed on how to log a ticket.
