How to Order International Local Access
  1. Check here to determine if the desired Country and City are available through AccessLine
  2. Send your request to your Channel/Account Manager or AccessLine Customer Service via email with the following information:
SUBJECT: request for International Local Access Number for "country"
  • Enterprise customer name
  • Enterprise customer account number
  • Origination country desired (e.g. UK)
  • Origination city and NPA-NXX desired (e.g. London 44-207-084-xxxx)
  • How many desired for each city/NPA-NXX
  • Routing destination
    • This should be to a local Basic DID or local enhanced feature number already provisioned by AccessLine for this customer
  • Include a reference Bill-to-Number "BTN" if needed
  • Confirmation that customer understands rates and restrictions
  • Your contact information
NOTE: once AccessLine begins working your request, the NRC will apply even if the order is cancelled while in process.

Order Completion Intervals for International Local Access
Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks but may be longer during holiday periods and for certain countries.
