SmartVoice is a next generation Business Phone Service. It provides more features for less cost.

SmartVoice replaces your existing telephone lines with a VoIP alternative, but allows you to keep using your current phone equipment! You select the number of office locations, number of phone lines and types of phone numbers.

Depending on whether you purchase SmartVoice Express or SmartVoice, you will receive one or two small pieces of equipment.

SMARTVOICE EXPRESS: A VoIP gateway is installed in each of your offices. The gateway connects to your existing phone system. We install and maintain the gateway, while you maintain your existing modem and data connection. This allows you to extract extra value from your current data service provider, and lower your business telephone costs by the maximum amount.

SMARTVOICE: A broadband network connection device and a VoIP gateway are installed in each of your offices. The gateway connects to your existing phone system, and the network connection device links to a broadband voice circuit, installed as part of the SmartVoice Service. This broadband connection is exclusively for your phone calls. We install and maintain the network connection device and gateway, so you don't have to worry about them.

   

Your SmartVoice Service will be configured to accommodate the number of phone lines and phone numbers you have ordered for each office. Additionally, you may select to add enhanced features which you can customize to meet your specific business needs.

AccessLine SmartVoice provides administrators and end users web-based tools for managing all aspects off the service.

The User Experience (for the Office Administrator)



By calling Customer Service or through the SmartVoice Service Administrator website, the administrator manages a list of employee phone numbers and extensions, and can move, add, delete, or change extensions and phone numbers easily anytime.

  • View Current and past invoices
  • View Call History by number
  • Purchase additional numbers, lines and features
The User Experience (for Employees)



The end user (employee) utilizes a separate Web-based tool, the SmartVoice Service Manager, to:

  • Manage voicemail
  • Manage faxes
  • Manage options for Call Forwarding and Call Screening.




Personalizing the Service
SmartVoice allows users to personalize and customize the service to best meet their needs. At anytime, users may access their personal web management page to:
  • Enable call forwarding to a specific phone number.

  • Enable call forwarding to up to 5 numbers at the same time.

  • Enable call forwarding to up to 5 numbers to be dialed in a specific order.

  • Call forward all calls to voicemail (Do Not Disturb).

  • Send unanswered calls to voicemail.

  • Send unanswered calls to a specific phone number.

  • Enable call screening.
