Costco Member Trey Clark had been considering implementing a VoIP phone solution for his Dallas-based business, OsteoSolutions. He'd heard some great things about VoIP, and had done some preliminary research, but he'd tabled the idea until he read an article in the Costco Connection talking about AccessLine's Digital Phone System for business.

Clark is someone who's an expert on how the right kind of equipment can really benefit a small office, and he gives AccessLine high marks for designing this system with small businesses in mind. "In my line of work, I don't just sell solutions, I also consult with doctors about which kinds of equipment will best fit their needs and their budgets. It has to be easy to install and understand, and it has to help they need to be able to see the benefits. AccessLine's system follows this line of thinking. The system works for any small business, not only because of the price, but also because of how scalable it is. The features you need are all there, and you can just add them as you need to."

Costco Member Raul Valentini, owner of Fish by Design, was promised everything when he decided to go with a business phone service from a telecom giant. "They had me convinced that my time and money would be well spent."
However, that promise was short lived for Raul. "My previous provider failed to live up to their offer," he said. "I could never get through to their customer support line, and on numerous occasions, I had no choice but to start the calling process over. It took forever!"
In these tough economic times, Valentini could not afford to be on the phone line to nowhere. "Right now, my business is in survival mode, and I have lost a lot of business."
