Busy/Unanswered Call Setup allows you to determine what happens if a call to your Office is busy or unanswered. First select if you want to forward busy or unanswered calls, then choose one of the Busy/Unanswered Call Options. Click SAVE to activate and save your changes.

  Select one of the following settings to determine how calls that are busy or go unanswered will be forwarded:
 To Voicemail.


 To a specific phone number:


 To a specific phone number (then voicemail):


 To multiple phone numbers at the same time (then voicemail):


 To multiple phone numbers in order (then voicemail):

     
    First, ring
or  
if not answered after  rings,
    then ring
or  
if not answered after  rings,
      then send caller to voicemail.
