Call Screening allows you to better manage your inbound calls. To enable Call Screening, turn it on, then select the Screening Option you want. Call Screening will apply to all incoming calls until you turn if off or enable Do Not Disturb. Click SAVE to activate and save your changes.

 Urgency Screening - Asks callers to touch 0 to connect to you if the call is urgent. Otherwise
      they may leave a message.

 Voice Screening - Asks callers to state their name which is played to you so you may
      select to take the call or send the caller to voicemail.
