The items below are free tools that give you the ability to hear or view media such as voicemail and faxes from your computer. Each tool is a file that you download to your computer. Some of these files are necessary for using AccessLine features via the Web and others are necessary for using AccessLine features off-line. Please click to download each file that you need.

Java Virtual Machine
     download If you have Internet Explorer 6, Windows XP, or are experiencing Java errors, you may need to download the latest version of Java Virtual Machine in order to listen to your AccessLine voicemail via the Web.

AXS Voice Player
     download You will need this file if you want to listen to voicemail in AXS format on your computer while off-line. This is useful for listening to messages that you have stored on your computer. You may also download voicemail in other formats (.au, .wav) that do not require this player.

Alterna Tiff Plug-in
     download This plug-in allows you to view your faxes in high quality TIFF format. If your browser does not support this plug-in, a compatible but lower quality JPG format is automatically provided.

Adobe (PDF) Reader
     download This application allows you to view your faxes in high quality PDF format with the Adobe Reader. Note: This link takes you to the Adobe Website.
