| The table below contains a list of your Menus.
TeleWeb uses these Menus to route callers to people or give them
information based on selections they make from the phone keypad. To
create a new Menu, click the Create New button. To modify an existing
Menu, click the Edit button associated with that Menu. The active Menu
is the first Menu your callers hear. Only one Menu may be active at a
time. However, the active Menu, like all Menus, can transfer the caller
to other Menus. Temporary or incomplete Menus are highlighted in red
and cannot be activated. |
