| The table below contains your Directory, which is
a list of the Extensions you have added to your TeleWeb. Each of these
Extensions consists of a person's first and last name, extension
number, and a phone number (or the included voicemail box) that the
caller will be transferred to when the extension number is dialed. This
information allows TeleWeb to let callers reach one of the Extensions
by dialing a person's name or extension number. To create a new
Extension in your Directory, click the Create New button. To modify an
existing extension, click the Edit button associated with that
Extension. Temporary extensions are highlighted in red and should not
be used. |
