Voicemail Services:

This page allows you to listen to your voice mail right through your web browser.

If you have any new or saved voice mail messages, they will be displayed in list form.

The list will identify when the message was received, who called (if available) and the length of the voice mail message.

REQUIREMENTS:

You will need a newer java-enabled web browser, such as Netscape Navigator/Internet Explorer 4.x or newer and a PC with a sound card and speakers. Both Windows and Macintosh platforms are supported!

TO PLAY VOICE MAIL: To hear your voice mail, simply click "PLAY" next to the message you want to hear. After a short loading period, you will be presented with a small dialog box with three options; PLAY, STOP and RESET. (See figure A.) Your voice mail is ready to be played.

Simply press play and that's it! You can now listen to your voice mail anytime around the globe via the internet!

TO DOWNLOAD VOICE MAIL:

To download voice mail for later listening, you will need to first download our GSM player. Click Here to download the GSM player and to view the installation instructions. Once installed, you will have the ability to play and listen to any voice mail messages you may have downloaded.

TO SAVE VOICE MAIL:

After listening to a voice mail, you may wish to save it on your AccessLine account. DO NOT WORRY...listening to a voice mail via the web DOES NOT automatically delete the voice mail from your AccessLine message center. Simply leave the message center when you are done and all voice mail will remain saved!

TO DELETE VOICE MAIL:

After listening to a voice mail, you may wish to delete it. For your security, deleting a voice mail is a 2-step process. To delete voice mail:

  1. Check the "delete" box next to it.
  2. Click on the "delete" key at the bottom right.

All voice mail messages you checked will be deleted. If you wish to delete ALL your voice mail messages, simply check the "Select all..." box before clicking the "delete" key.

NOTE: Unless you check the "delete" box next to your voice mail and also press the "delete" button, your voice mail will remain in your account.

ATTENTION MAC USERS:

If you are having difficulty playing your messages, we suggest you use Internet Explorer 4.x or better and Apple's Mac OS Runtime for Java 2.1.1 (MRJ 2.1.1 is available at http://www.apple.com/java/ ). To configure Internet Explorer to use MRJ, choose Preferences from the Edit menu. In the Java Options section, make sure Java is enabled and Apple MRJ is selected as the Java Virtual Machine. To make your changes take effect, quit the browser and open it again.

TO FORWARD VOICEMAIL:

If you wish to forward a voicemail to someone, you need to know their email address. The voicemail will be sent as an email message with an attached .wav sound file. Follow these siomple steps in order to forward a voicemail message:

  1. Click on Forward in the message list. This will bring up an email window (shown below)
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter the email address of the person to whom you are sending the voicemail.
  4. Provide additional addresses in the cc: and/or bcc: boxes if desired.
  5. Enter a subject for the message.
  6. Select the security of your voicemail.
  7. Enter a message to the recipient.
